Women Leaders: Critical Contributors to Our Global Society

There is a strong need for more women leaders in our world.  Why?  Our world is in crises on many levels. Domestically and globally, women are placed in positions that are unacceptable for our times.  Globally, our rights are either compromised, below scale, non-existent, or are in the process of being weakened. The Five Practices of Leadership

Every person has the capacity and potential to become a successful leader. For that to happen, you have to work hard and follow its goals and visions. James Kouses and Barry Posner developed a method from The Leadership Challenge book that can help anyone understand how to be a great leader. Society often sets different limitations and obstacles, but hard work, persistence and a clear vision can transform someone to a leader.
